In today’s world there is an increase in patient’s demand towards natural looking restorative options making Aesthetics as one of the most trending fields of dentistry. Today’s dentists need to acquire scientific based knowledge and equip themselves with modern techniques and skills to provide comprehensive dental care.
This course is designed for dental students and practicing dentists who want to acquire evidence-based knowledge and learn modern techniques to expand the Restorative & Aesthetic dimension of their daily practice.
The Aesthetic and Restorative course is a 6-month certificate program designed to offer comprehensive training related to diagnosis, treatment planning and application of restorative techniques applicable to contemporary and aesthetic dentistry.
Our aim is to provide our participants with sound scientific basis of aesthetic and restorative dentistry with innovative learning methods to develop a systematic approach to advanced case management and treatment in their day-to-day practice.
The curriculum has been prepared to provide dentists with research-based rationale for treatment planning and patient care which will combine interactive lectures, hands-on workshops, case presentations, assignments, webinars and collaboration with dental laboratories to cover all restorative aspects applicable to aesthetic dentistry. Participants will explore all aspects of smile design, simple and complex smile reconstruction, familiarize with techniques and materials for aesthetic restorations with over the shoulder mentoring by the instructor.
Moreover, the strong Hands-On component (50%) of the course compliments the in-depth knowledge acquired though the sessions. All Workshops will be completed using Dental Loupes which will be provided by the School.
The program will have an immediate impact on your practice as you gain up to date knowledge, refine your expertise, improve your clinical skill set and develop confidence to deal with the everyday challenges of your Aesthetic & Restorative dentistry practice by incorporating new techniques & technologies ensuring aesthetic as well as biocompatible, functional and long-lasting treatment through an interdisciplinary approach.

The successful completion of the course will be acknowledged by an official Award of Diploma in Aesthetic & Restorative dentistry from VSAD.
